Frequently Asked Questions
To connect to your server:
- Tap the "+" button on the home screen
- Enter your server details (hostname/IP, username, password or SSH key)
- Tap "Connect" to establish the connection
Your connection details are securely stored on your device only.
Yes! Server Connect uses industry-standard SSH encryption for all server connections. Your server credentials are stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage mechanisms and are never transmitted to our servers.
Absolutely! Server Connect supports unlimited server connections. You can easily switch between different servers from the main dashboard.
Yes! Server Connect is optimized for both iPhone and iPad. The interface automatically adapts to take full advantage of your device's screen size.
In the File Manager:
- Navigate to the directory where you want to upload files
- Tap the upload button
- Select files from your device
- Files will be securely transferred to your server
If you encounter any issues:
- Check your internet connection
- Verify your server credentials are correct
- Ensure your server's SSH port is accessible
- Try restarting the app

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel:
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Select Server Connect
- Tap "Cancel Subscription"
Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
